The best of friends

Tory and Bean July 2011.  Both were a bit a\unsure of being on the boat so they held each others hand. So sweet

Good Bye Lawn, Hello Play Set

First we had Travis come clear out the sod and level the area
Then Carl rented a tractor to move the pea gravel - Mali of course helping
Tory and Mali on top of the play set once it was finished thanks to Poppy for coming up and helping Carl get it together.
Tory loving the feel of the new sand in the sandbox.
Just a couple of pavers for the play area, thank goodness this was Carls project and not mine.

A ray of Sunshine

This little guy was found on our front porch, I put him on our Moose so he wouldn't get stepped on. Where he stayed for a bit and then moved on. A nice suprise on just a regular day.

A moment to herself

Do you think that she has seen someone else do this a time or two?  She is picking out things for the garden. She is so adorable.

More Home Makeover

Walk way into kitchen, Thanks for Barry for helping and doing this for us.
Painting the back wall cherry cobbler red
 Mater supervising the trim painting
Kitchen window in cased with wood and trim
Taking up the old kitchen floor
Rolling up the old carpet in the living room
Carl just exhausted from putting in the wood floors, he did an amazing job.

New counter tops, Mario and sons did a great job were very professional and tidy. Also new  back splash which I installed,  yep that's right I did it.(I'm not at all pridefull about it either)

You turn you back for a SECOND

And LOOK what happens....at least every one is alright and the dogs are very happy.
Not only is Tory in Dallins bed but, she has stolen his binki.  Good thing he never liked it in the first place so I don't think that he minded.

Just a few of the things that happen when there is no supervision, princess crowns on baby brother, sitting in the bouncy chair kickin back watching some tv and letting yourself out to play in the new snow in only your pjs, I'm sure there is more to come.

Visitors Welcome

After getting home from the hospital we were greeted by some much loved visitors. Three of our favorite missionaries that severed in our ward came up for a visit - David and his new bride, Clark and Zac. It was so nice to visit with them for a bit. Aunt Shast and Uncle Owen along with the kids came by. The kids were so cute they were all so excited to get to have a chance to hold their new cousin.
